Role: (Senior) Data AnalystClient: Honeypot
Working hours: 40 (preferred)or 4 hours per day or 4 days a week.

Location: Berlin - REMOTE - Within the EU +/- 1 hour
Must have: PostgreSQL, PowerBI, SQL, experience working with ETLs.
Nice to have: Azure, Python, CircleCI, Heroku, Salesforce.
Hiring process: one interview, followed by a decision.
Team: This is a gap to fill for a permanent employee that is leaving. Autonomous working, would be integrated to the data team, it is a small team. Data team will also be working directly with stakeholders within the organisation. After onboarding, the FL would be expected to work with internal stakeholders. Independently.
Project:
- You design and develop dashboards and reports to measure the success and progress of our product and business
- You perform analyses that tell a “story” focused on insights, not just data
- You help to maintain and extend our data infrastructure and pipelines, improve data quality and documentation
- You are a team player and enjoy supporting other team members with their projects
- You work directly and confidently with stakeholders in Product and Business teams across the company
- You have an “ownership mentality”: you like to challenge if things can be done in a better way, ask follow-up questions and identify new opportunities to leverage our data
What we are looking for:
- 4+ Years of experience in a Business Intelligence, Data Analyst and/or Data Science role, with a focus on analyzing data sets
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar relevant experience
- Great communication skills (in English)
- Expert knowledge of SQL
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or similar
- Strong knowledge of statistics and experimental design
- Entrepreneurial spirit that thrives in a fast paced environment, deals well with ambiguity and focuses on driving impact
