Network Engineer

Responsibilities:
The Network Engineer is responsible for all Network Engineering activities. This will include technical support in pilot projects and technical demonstrations. You will maintain contact with the customer in order to understand their expectations and then optimise the network accordingly providing solutions.

Customer Relationship:
- Define customer expectations and demands via meetings
- Network optimisation - technical customer consulting to achieve customer satisfaction

Network Tasks:
- Designing, configuring and integrating networks
- Support network growth by sizing, planning for new equipment and their installation
- Providing technical support for existing networks, pilots and demonstrations
- Effectively planning, configuring and integrating networks from the pilot phase through to operational services
- Ensuring that all network design elements are taken into account and tested
