Job Description for Change Manager:
The role will assist three separate projects that all share a common theme on Identity & Access
Management (IAM). The role will be reporting to the Organizational Change Management (OCM)
Leads within each of the three CIDM projects.will support them in managing the
company-wide change caused by the platform introduction. The focus is on creating and
implementing change communications around new and changed processes on digital identity.
Tasks & Responsibilities for Change Manager:
Work with 3 OCM project leads to design communication guidelines and standards for
each project.
Create and manage global metrics and feedback mechanisms, incl. surveys.
Develop and manage online and social media channels, incl content creation and
coordinate with owners of global channels.
Assist in the implementation of OCM activities, incl. events, trainings, etc.
Prepare and facilitate OCM workshops.
Identify additional OCM activities that will ensure the success of the projects.
