Sales Support (German, IT, SAP, Customer Support, Sales)
We are currently looking for a Sales Support for our Frankfurt-based client in the financial industry.
Headings and tasks:
Preparation and implementation of monthly/quarterly/annual reports and sales controlling
Preparation of presentations to the Finance (plan, budget, forecast) in close consultation with Management, Account Managers and Group Controlling
Sales Support and Customer Support - Administration
Preparation of monthly, annual and quarterly national accounts, as well as ad-hoc invoices
Administrative management of contractual agreement input through to archiving and dunning
Project Support - Development of "in-house IT tools" and SAP
conducting user testing of our own IT tools and SAP applications for new software releases
Your profile:
(commercial) education with min. 5 years of practical experience in the areas of accounting/bookkeeping/billing/finance or (technical) university degree
experience in the sales department, accounting or finance would be an advantage
Very good procedural and technical understanding
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint)
SAP (basic) skills are required (R3, CRM, BW)
enjoyment of accurate and independent work
Very good German and English skills (spoken and written)
Committed, flexible personality with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
Very good team player
