Our Frankfurt-based client is currently looking for an Outsourcing and Management of IT services specialist.
Task and responsibilities
Contract, invoice and budget management for outsourced IT services
Alignment of services between using departments and service providers
Change Management
Planning and tracking of tasks related to preparation and introduction of new trading and clearing systems
Mandatory skills and experience
Experience in project management incl. prioritization of requirements
Experience in service/process management
Experience in contract management including regulatory requirements, KPIs and definition/check of services descriptions
Ability to organize, communicate and to work in a team
Communication skills combined with the ability to prepare and present complex analysis/findings
Proficiency in written and spoken German and English
Competent handling of MS Office applications (in particular MS Project/MS Visio/MS PowerPoint)
