Key Responsibilities
- Technical Project Manager
- Dell Quest - with Sound understanding of Front End development with good understanding of Back End
- Sound knowledge of IDAM using LDAP, Active Directory
- Liaises with Programme/Project managers, clients, and other stakeholders as appropriate, Acts as the point of escalation
- Drives the design and implementation of solution options and manages identified impacts and risks
- Ensure Project stakeholder awareness, engagement, and communication
- Build and maintain strong links and good working relationships with the teams across Program
- Provide day-to-day guidance and direction in all aspects of remediation solutions to the teams
Key Knowledge and Skills
- Knowledge of Quality Management tools and techniques (such as HP service center)
- Experienced in RAID, Action Logs and Remediation Log management
- Proven ability to effectively assess and mitigate control exceptions
- Experienced in effectively communicating and positively influencing project stakeholders and team members
- Experience of working in a Matrix management environment
- Experience of working in mixed teams of in-house, off-shore and vendor resources
Key Competencies
- Good planning, risk management and monitoring and control skills ideally using MS Project.
- Ability to communicate across all levels in a organization with experience in delivering workshops, training and knowledge transfer to resources
- Proficient in analysis and decision making
- Relationship building across all levels including clients
