Brief description of the project:
Independent creation of technical concepts based strategic rough concepts as a basis for IT-assessment and implementation of the central CRM Customer Master Data Management
Review of Technical Design Documents of IT department
Development of use cases and test cases as part of the CRM implementation
End-to -end-process Specification operative CRM processes for CRM customer Data management
monitoring and control of the implementation of issues in the IT as a Business Contact
Role: Customer Data Management - Business Analyst
LVL: Level 2 - Professional: 3-6 years
Skills:
Experience in business analysis/professional requirements engineering in CRM Customer Data Management
Experience with the requirements management and the implementation of a CRM Customer Master Data Management
Strong experience in operational end-to-end process design in customer data management context
Languages: German and English
Duration: 12 months + 2 Months ext.
