Projekt Manager m/w / Kennziffer - 27282

Project Executive (80%)
•             Continually work closely with the business teams to source new change ideas and develop a process for fast filtering to create a dynamic prioritised list of change initiatives
•             Work with the Business Solutioning teams to ensure that the prioritised list is converted into a list of understood and sized workable projects
•             Using the list of workable projects allocate appropriate resources from the share of tokens allocated to the business area to maximise token utilisation and business benefit
•             Continually manage the resulting change plan to maximise the business benefit, where necessary substituting projects and initiating new projects as resources become available or business priorities change
•             Help shape and define the inputs into the MTP/STP process and secure SI funding and subsequently manage the SI budget for the respective business areas
•             Have overall responsibility for the successful delivery of the business areas change plan and portfolio, working with all stakeholders and suppliers (internal and external)
•             Monitor all activity to ensure successful project completion and provide accurate and in-depth progress reports and updated plans as required by the BCE Change PMO function
•             Ensure processes are in place to identify and manage all programme/project issues, risks and dependencies including their appropriate escalation and contingency management.
•             Represent the business areas within the wider BCE Change team
•             Establish and maintain structures to ensure projects comply with relevant governance frameworks (e.g. NPA, RAID logs, plans, progress reporting, active risk & issue management).
 
Workforce Management (20%)
•             Lead large cross business unit projects as required.
•             Become a trusted advisor to the senior leadership team of the business area.
•             Support the vision for World Class Delivery by embedding new behaviours and processes to create a step change in performance.
•             Act as a role model in terms of behaviour and commitment to collaboration, and raising standards.
•             Set an appropriate level of challenge to own team and internal partners in order to continually demonstrate improvement in the quality and quantity of delivery.
 
Key Skills required:
Experience, qualifications and other requirements specific to the role
•             Deep Experience in the collaboration with BaFin
•             Experience in Design and Build up of a Bank organisation
•             Proven experience in MA-Risk area
•             Knowledge in the Payment area
•             Excellent English Language Skills
•             Extensive experience in delivery of change and/or multi-disciplinary projects
•             Extensive experience in leading multi-functional project teams in split locations
•             Experience in resource optimisation and planning to maximise utilisation and effectiveness of resources
•             Change Management and delivery experience and disciplines eg Prince II
•             Recognised level of expertise and to provide specialist guidance to the project team, particularly in project definition, requirements analysis, business and technical design and change control activities.
•             Very good subject matter expertise in employing change/project management best practices and disciplines including governance, controls and risk management.
•             Superior ability to negotiate/influence at senior level
•             Proven ability to work in a matrix structure with accountability for owning a holistic picture of projects being delivered onto specific platforms even when not directly responsible for delivering them.
•             Strong strategy and planning skills in developing, monitoring and delivering on project plans.
•             Strong problem solving & decision making skills
•             Team working – significant experience of working across the supply chain to achieve delivery of major change projects
•             Resource Management – mobilises and manages resources against a value-based agenda, setting and managing to high performance standards.
•             Communications – share information, listen to and encourage others to get involved.  Must be able to translate technical concepts into business language and vice versa, and to provide a high standard of communication for a senior executive audience up to ExCo level, right first time.
•             Use of relevant examples to demonstrate skills
•             Ability to give Stakeholder management example 
•             Ability to demonstrate enough hands-on experience for what the role requires
•             Ability to provide enough detail on how he has delivered change, found the focus was on what he had delivered ad for who
•             Ability to  provide clear examples of his own role in delivering change in an organisation
•             The Change Manager must be able to clearly articulate how they have delivered organisational changes- in terms of people & processes- how they have dealt with challenges and stakeholders & delivered successful projects.
