ZusammenfassungWe are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner located in Bremen.
Part of our international and dynamic HR department, you will have the opportunity to have a diverse
range of activities such as recruitment, outsourced payroll, employee relations, local staff
representatives management, HR development projects, employee engagement, business
restructuring and change management.

The customer provides complex systems used for insuring critical Infrastructures and harbour security, portmanagement, Vessel Traffic Services, National coastal and land border surveillance.
Stellenbeschreibung
In charge of Personnel Administration from hiring to leaving (contract, changes, etc)
Preparation of work references, ensure HR documentation is done and maintained
Supervision of recruitments, trainees, working students, temporary workers
Personnel cost planning, controlling, provisions inalignment with Finance department Maintain
all data in the Org. Management (SAP) and coordinate it with our shareholders for reporting
Prepare various staff reporting
Profil
- High sense of organization and ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment (able to work autonomously, multi-tasking, stress-resistant)

- Solid PC skills and proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint required / SAP HR
- You speak fluently German and English ; French would be a plus
