Profile
- University degree in Business Administration / Business Sales or comparable commercial education and at least 5 years working experience
- Is graduated at University in business economy with focus on Marketing
- Has gained at least 5 years' experience in product management working for a flourishing international company in the branded FMCG sector
- Ideally hair care category experience
- Excellent understanding of Atl as well as Btl marketing
- Has a good feeling for premium beauty business and possesses strong strategic agility
- Must show initiative, is enthusiastic and has strong drive for results
- Has strong communication and good interpersonal skills
- Is highly analytic but also possesses good creative skills
- Must speak and write English business fluently, German languae (oral and written) is a must
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, scanner and panel data
