Should be well versed with NetBackup, Disk Pool, Tape Library and NetBackup Appliances solution (Implementation and Design)
Sound knowledge on troubleshooting backup issues
Must have had hand-on experience on at least two vendor products on backup and archival (Netback up and NetBackup Appliances 5230)
Should SAN and NAS technologies
Skills:
- Extensive experience in installing, upgrading, and maintaining backup and archival environment
- Working knowledge of UNIX and windows operating systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
- Good customer service and communication (oral and written) skills. Ability to deliver professional engagement documentation.
Certifications:
-Any industry standard certifications on Netbackup and
NetBackup Appliances.
