My client a leading financial organisation is seeking a German and English speaking PMO for a international team based in Frankfurt. The main responsibility of the PMO will be supporting and leading medium sized initiatives and gathering and analysing information used to prepare briefings, status reports, updates, and developing presentations for the management team.
Tasks & Activities:
* You will Lead and support small and medium initiatives within Infrastructure and Operations.
*It will be expected for you to Coordinate the initiatives between the involved teams in Eschborn and Luxemburg
* You should Compile requirements, prepare documentation and reporting of the initiatives
* Some experience with Analysis, design and modelling of IT operating processes
Qualification & Skills:
* You must have a University degree in Information Technology, Finance, Business Administration or comparable education
* PMI or IPMA
* Distinctive competencies in communications, team work, and presentation
* Work independently
* Fast perception and high learning willingness
* Good proficiency and understanding of IT and business administration context
* Dedication, poise, flexibility, and proficiency in MS Office applications
* Excellent command of written and spoken English and German, paired with strong communication skills
