Support Project Manager (PMO, Project Support, Office Project Manager)
Our Eschborn-based financial client is looking for a support project manager with a 2-3 years experience in Project Management/PMO.
Tasks:
- Conducting project controlling tasks
- Regular preparation and distribution of documents to members of the project organization
- Management and control of PMO documents (templates, meeting minutes, reports, project plans)
- Creation and consolidation of reports and preparation for stakeholders
- Logging of meetings, preparation of presentations
- Compliance and improvement of processes and tools to ensure timely provision of project-related information, documents and reports
Qualifications for the PMO:
- At least 2-3 years experience in project management/PMO
- Knowledge of capital market advantage
- Team-oriented work
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Very good German and English, spoken and written
- Goal-oriented working methods
- Very good MS Office & MS Project knowledge
