Wir suchen für einen unserer Kunden (Pharmazeutisches Unternehmen/ Sponsor) einen Clinical Outsourcing and Contracts Manager Development Procurementauf freiberuflicher Basis mit mehrjähriger relevanter Berufserfahrung:Job Purpose
To support the Strategic Sourcing Manager within the Development Purchasing Team in its area of responsibility. This comprises of scoping, initiating and handling clinical outsourcing projects in the area of Interventional Clinical Studies. This includes the responsibility for soliciting proposals/quotes, analysing CRO and other 3rd party vendor budgets and perform associated negotiations as well as contract preparations. It further includes the preparation of documentation for savings calculation and reporting.
Major accountabilities
- Support outsourcing of selected projects in close cooperation with Clinical Trial Teams including RFP preparation and handling, CRO proposal analysis and negotiation as well as contract preparation
- Change Order management, negotiation and preparation
- Compile and complete savings documentation
- Manage volume rebate paybacks from global contracts
- Support eSourcing initiatives as needed
- Maintain tracking tools and processes according to global guidelines.
- Align with internal CRO Management group on vendor qualification/re-qualification
Experience:
- A minimum of 3-5 years experience in procurement in a pharmaceutical company or clinical study management (or related) in the CRO industry
- A minimum of 3-5 years experience in procurement of goods and services related to clinical development
- Proven skills in CRO budget analysis, negotiation and savings generation as well as experience in the creation and management of contracts.
