We have a new requirement for a SAP FICO Contractor to be based in Munich, Germany.
To produce the FICO system cutover plan at a sufficient level of detail that it can be executed easily and efficiently
To schedule timings in the overall cutover plan which match the FiCO cutover plan
To assist the FICO team on testing
Manage the Full Dress Rehearsal from a FICO perspective
Own data defects and resolve accordingly
Any other adhoc work that the Linde and HCL Axon Finance lead requests.
General
Be aware of and protect the R2 LEAP Linde scope for CH
Quantify resource demands on resource pools in a timely fashion (eg functional consultants, process owners, business, and client) and feed into HCL AXON FiCO lead.
Actively encourage collaboration, pragmatism, creativeness & candidness across Workstreams and business units to achieve desired outcomes
Understand and adhere to Project Methodology, Toolset and Standards
Actively contribute to project meetings
Support overall Project Quality Management process
Successful track record of working within large, multifaceted programmes
Experience of progressing towards gated Entry & Exit Criteria to deliver against Compliance and Milestone Quality Plans
Working with and challenging senior staff as appropriate
Daily working in a pressured environment
Experience of both Finance and Controlling processes in SAP
A supportive yet strong character, able to clearly articulate the new ways of working and behaviours necessary to enforce strict adherence to financial process by the entire team
Understanding of programme/project management processes and Project Life Cycle methodologies
Able to work within a team of mixed Onshore/Offshore Resources
Ability to understand and interpret operational plans
Able to maintain a professional client relationship with the client Business Process Owners & Business Users
Experienced in MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint (and any other relevant accounting/financial planning tools)
