SAP PROJEKTLEITER ERP GLOBALES TEMPLATE MES BASIS SD MM
Der Kunde ist aktuell auf der Suche nach einem SAP Projektleiter. Das mittelständige Unternehmen im Bereich Maschinenbau, benötigt externe Unterstützung bei einem Großprojekt. Momentan besteht die Umgebung aus SAP und Eigenentwicklungen. Ziel ist es, sich von der Eigenentwicklung zu entfernen um nur noch SAP im Einsatz zu haben. Das Team ist diesbezüglich relativ jung und unerfahren. Der externe Projektleiter soll, mit Unterstützung von zwei internen Projekt Managern, das Gesamtprojekt leiten, Input geben und das Projekt zum Erfolg führen.
Der Kunde hat spezielle Prozesse im Einsatz. Zur Aufgabe des Projektleiters zählt vor allem die Lösung basieren auf dem Standard zu implementieren. Der Kunde plant zusammen mit einem Partner Unternehmen ein Template zu erstellen und dieses dann auszurollen.
* Responsible for the successful completion of the clients Group SAP implementation of the German location and the implementation of the defined Template in Denmark
* Lead the project team
* Ensure the functionality of the implemented solution as close as possible to the SAP Standard (Processes).
* Define the scope for the project together with the project management and steering committee.
* Work out an implementation strategy based on the current business requirements and the defined strategic ERP landscape together with the project team and a chosen partner.
* Ensure the proper use of project management methodology, processes, procedures and documentation during the project.
* Establish a continuous monitoring and set of controls to permanently monitor initiatives, costs, resources and timelines within the project.
* Define and control activities of the change management process at clients Group together with the project team.
* Guidance on resolving stakeholder interests, resource, budgeting, change, strategic and legal issues, risks, etc. affecting the project.
* Guide the steering committee on overall strategic decisions impacting the business
* Ensure handover of ownership to clients Group team members in project phases
* Availability onsite throughout the project lifetime for Germany and Denmark
Skillset
* Experienced Project Manager/Leader
* Profound knowledge in SAP Implementations and Strategies as well as IT Business Process Architecture
* Long term experience in the mechanical engineering business (Series & MTO manufacturing)
* Expertise in managing projects with global company structures
* Change Management Strategies and Know How
* Process Management and Support
Der erfolgreiche Projektleiter soll den Kunden ebenfalls bei der Budgetierung des Gesamtprojekts und der weiteren Auswahl des Dienstleistungspartners unterstützen. Der entscheidungssichere und reisebereite Experte soll längerfristig für ca. 2-4 Jahre zur Verfügung stehen. Erste Interviews können telefonisch in der KW21/22 stattfinden.
