We urgently require a Project Manager Documentation in a staff Position (ANÜ)In this position, you will contribute as part of the Project Management team responsible for any kind of documentation. The Manager Documentation maintains and manages all important documents within the project and assures that it is easily accessible and stored. Furthermore you are responsible for the document control system which is needed in order to fulfill the contract Employer/Company obligations stated in the EPC contracts and also with reference to the license requirements. Furthermore supervision of all subcontractors documentation management
Assure that Contractor teams have capability and direction to deliver document management services to the Project in a safe and efficient manner.
Research and maintain awareness of policy and business best practices for engineering documentation.
Represent Document Control function at relevant project meetings or workshops (e.g. Engineering Meeting, Project Service Meetings).
Relevant professional experience gained from at least two different job roles related to engineering document management on projects or business assets (ideally Operator based with full lifecycle experience).
Excellent communication and influencing skills, across the whole project irrespective of seniority, organizational or contractual boundaries
Experience using electronic document management systems for controlling and reporting project data.
? Experience working with large contractor organizations and performing effectively in a multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural environment.
? Experience & IT skills working with the interfacing of electronic systems.
? High level of self-motivation.
