Skills Required:
Recruiter as one stop shop for Hiring and Headhunting for DACH region esp. German/Swiss market
5-8 years of experience in Sourcing/End-to-end recruitment in DACH/German/Europe Market
Strong Experience in Social media recruiting- thru LinkedIn, Xing, etc. and local job portals
Sourcing candidates using a variety of creative and cost-effective methods, including direct sourcing, networking, Internet research and employee referrals
Demonstrated experience with innovative sourcing tools and good IT experience
Strong English & German Communication and Organizational Skills
Carrying out telephonic and face to face interviews
Ready to work and stretch, at times
