For one of our clients we are looking for a Business Consultant

Main task:
For an automotive client in Gothenburg, our client is running a major digital re-platforming project onto Adobe AEM. As a Business Consultant, your role will work closely with the client’s product owner of the new platform, help him to clarify and prioritize requirements and to work with business stakeholders to translate business needs into functional requirements as well as being a proxy between the client’s IT team and the India-based Adobe development team. You will drive innovative strategies to improve our business performance and client relationships. Your key responsibilities focus primarily on business problem solving, business decision making, solution planning and requirements definition. In this role you will work on a broad range of projects and develop business, operating, and IT strategies. Your tasks also include leading the business requirements track that is responsible for translating business requirements into functional specifications / use case documents / story definition documents so that these could be picked by development team for implementation.

Target of Task:
• Help customers achieve business goals by translating customer needs into new products, services, and profits
• Help businesses implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way by determining the requirements of a project or program, and communicating them clearly to all stakeholders, facilitators and partners
• Develop and apply conceptual frameworks and analytical approaches
• Lead customer, vendor, market analysis and client interviews
• Lead secondary research, data collection and market/competitor analyses
• Lead financial analysis and business case development
• Develop and present solutions and recommendations
• Lead the gathering and prioritization of business requirements based upon business and user needs and technology capabilities
• Create strong working relationships with clients in business and IT roles
• Identify new business opportunities and support business development activities including client proposals
