We seek a flexible, experienced PMO support resource to underpin a busy Global Program of work, located in Frankfurt.
Being a team player, proactive in offering support and good attention to detail are all key characteristics that we are looking for.
Location: Frankfurt a. Main
Start: End of April beginning of May
Duration: Until end of year
Activities:
Support maintenance of project documentation, including project plans, work packages etc.
Set up and maintain action, risk, issue and dependency logs
Maintain stakeholder matrix and ensure appropriate
Produce highlight reports / coordinate highlight report production from workstream leads
Coordination of stakeholder workshops and meetings, including diary management, room bookings and other associated logistics
Ensure adherence with project standards through e.g. ensuring use of document naming conventions, appropriate storage in the project site
Support user administration of the Records Management system
Support the communications strategy through development of presentations and other communications materials
Support on boarding and induction of new staff into the project team
Undertake ad hoc analysis, spreadsheet generation,
General administrative support to project members
Experience/skills:
Working in a busy PMO office, maintaining logs, interfacing with project staff and ensuring updates are captured.
Excellent Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills
Good numerical and analytical skills
Meeting organization, minute taking
Strong attention to detail
Excellent German and English – both written and verbal
