Our client is currently setting up a new business division and aiming to provide the next generation of innovative communications solutions.

On behalf of our client, Manning Global is currently look for:

Position Title: Country Manager for Mobile Business
Position Type: Permanent
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Dusseldorf, Germany

Responsibilities:
- Lead all local activities for smartphone business, especially Online Sales and Marketing.
- Recruit, coordinate and motivate the local team for mobile business and make sure that they achieve the required levels of performance.
- Develop and implement, together with the Marketing team, measures to increase the awareness of the brand and products, especially online..
- Coordinate all local E-Commerce activities together with the central team.
- Supervise all Community Management activities of online ambassadors that promote the company's product online.
- Support direct sales activities of online retailers, including recruitment, performance management and reward.
- Lead business development activities to position the company's products in new channels.
- Act as a contact person for all other operational activities in the country, including logistics, customer service, etc.
- Identify and acquire relevant partners for mobile business, e.g. roaming service providers, car manufacturers, etc.
- Manage all partnering activities.

Qualifications/Professional experiences Required:
- University degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
- Minimum 5 years of Sales and Marketing experience, especially in B2C and online environments.
- Proven track record in developing high performance teams.
- E-commerce skills, experience in direct online sales.
- Experience in Partner Management and Business Development.
- Able to recruit, manage and motivate high performance team members with different profiles and levels of experience.
- Able to define the required organizational setup and processes to support high performance teams.
- Fluent English language skills.
