We are looking for senior (IT) Projectmanager.- Define Scope and Actions for Driving remediation activity
- Organize and coordinate the different tasks of the request necessary to accomplish the project and this with the help of technicians.
- Communication and presentation to medium and higher management as well as to the customer
- Apply the principles and standards of project management defined from the customer
- Validate the scope requested for the project and make the necessary time and budget estimations.
- Ensure the implementation of the technical solution as designed and delivered by an SDA (Solution Design Authority) and this in accordance with the requested SLA’s (Service Level Agreements).
- Make the necessary communication towards the technicians participating in the project by defining all concrete deliverables.
- Work with global and regional teams in 7 regions around the world.
- Work with different level maturity Project Managers
- Work Security SMEs and establish a formal information bridge between security and technical teams.
- Do the follow-up of the project during the full lifecycle, and if necessary take corrective actions.
- Report the status of restrictions, issue’s, assumptions and risks towards the department head.
- Take the responsibility for the final result of the delivered project.
- Monitor the effectiveness of the organization within his team
- Responsible for reporting, and can be helped by a PO.
- Understanding the needs and goals of an organization and developing/update an appropriate project plan.
- Facilitate an efficient communication across all evels of a project to ensure consistency in reaching the project's goal, and to help in the
recognition of any potential opportunities, risks or complications. It's the responsibility of this project manager to stay current with any
advances or changes in scope, budget time and methodology.
- Experience in different local and international project (minimum 7 years)
- Experience in communication and negotiation with management and customer
- Experience in Intercultural Communication
- Experience in IT Security Projects.
- Excellent skills in PowerPoint /Creating Presentations
- Experience in Insurance/Banking environment.
- Knowledge of PM methodology
- NLP or similar education
