A Swiss Bank is looking for an advanced Tax Consultant. The resource will support a team of tax experts in client meeting targeted to Italian individuals, with prevailing focus on the Voluntary Disclosure law and effects. Additional substantial activity will be required in analysing legal opinion
on tax matters which will be provided by the clients to define the tax status of the client.
Tasks
• Support to WTP in the huge expected activity related to the BMO III Italy phase:
o Clients meetings, explaining the feature and effects of the Voluntary disclosure law.
o Checking mass of legal opinions which will be sent by clients claiming “out of scope” status in the context of the BRM Content manager rules.
Requirements
• Strong experience in taxation of Italian individuals.
• At least 3 years practice in Swiss banks / family offices with strong focus on Italian domiciled clients.
• Qualification as Italian lawyer and / or Dottore Commercialista.
• Fluent in English, Italian native speaker.
