An IT Managed Services provider requires an experienced IT Trainer for an initial 3-month project assisting with the rolling out a new Document Management System across various sites in Germany.
You will be fluent in German and English and will be able to travel to different office location across Germany.
Work will take place in Munich, Dusseldorf, Hamburg and Berlin.
We are looking for candidates with a general desktop rollout/training background. You do not need to have specific Document management application experience, as full training on the application will be given.
Responsibilities:
- Need to be fluent in English and German.
- Deliver training through a variety of methods - deskside/one to one, classroom based and through drop in sessions.
- Work with the customer to design the most appropriate training plan. Content will vary depending on departments, and how applications are used in different areas of the business.
- Creation of training materials such as user guides.
You will be required to across Germany as the client has locations throughout the country and candidates can be based from one of the Dusseldorf, Hamburg, Munich or Berlin offices whilst they travel to the other sites.
