PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The ICD Discrete Industries team is a global group tasked with developing new and innovative products for the Automotive, Aerospace & Defence, High-Tech and Industrial Machinery and Components industries. The Innovation Acceleration team in ICD DI evaluates the functional, technical and commercial viability of new ideas, creating tangible assets which can be used in customer proof points.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
You will contribute to the success of the ICD DI Innovation Acceleration team by:
. Supporting the innovation acceleration team during the creation of proof of concepts (PoCs) for new ideas
. Researching and testing breakthrough technologies
. Creating UI & UX concepts and transfer them into reality
. Creating of compelling presentations and marketing materials
. Supporting the innovation acceleration team lead with day-to-day operations
. Helping the team in customer interactions
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
. Currently enrolled Student of a university or university of applied sciences
. Preferred fields of study: IT, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Graphic Design
. Creativity and independence
. Passion for innovation and building new applications
. Interest in UX and UI design
. Experience with tools used to accelerate the development of new applications (for example SAP Build)
. Web-based Front End development and ABAP skills are a plus
. Fluent in English (written and spoken), German would be a plus
