TätigkeitenbeschreibungFor our client in Essen we are looking for a Senior ITIL Service Manager (m/f).
Task description:
Design and optimisation of IT service processes on the basis of ITIL
Support and consulting during concept development and documentation within the framework of sustainable implementation of processes and functions in service management
Coordination of IT processes with business processes
Development, monitoring and management of the service structure
Central contact person internally as well as externally, also for suppliers
Organization and implementation of escalation management
Execution of tasks within the scope of the complete service process, e.g. user support, provision of self-support, change management, proactive monitoring
Requirement profile:
very good knowledge of service management (processes)
very good ITIL knowledge
Project management and implementation experience in the field of service management
very good soft skills
general knowledge in software and administration
