On behalf of our client an international finance institute, we are looking for external support within a Temp Labour Contract (AÜ) with skills and abilities as stated below.
Clearing Design - Business Support
Task and responsibilities
- Document management: updating and uploading of documents in the respective system, tracking reviews & sign-offs, coordination of review comments
- Maintaining task lists and tracking of responsible persons
- Making appointments internally and with clients Customers
- Supporting the creation of documents (eg visualising content in PPT; writing short summaries/descriptions)
- Tracking of deadlines
- Writing meeting minutes
- Organisation of customer events (eg travel bookings, catering, technical equipment)
Mandatory skills and experience
- German and English: fluent in written and spoken
- Good knowledge and experience of creation of documents, especially in Word and PowerPoint
- Good formulation skills
- Good communication skills
- Good knowledge of SharePoint
- Good knowledge in Excel
- Good knowledge of SAP
- Teamwork
- Solution-orientation
Additional information
- Start date of assignment: as soon as possible
- Intitial contract duration till end 2018 (extension is anticipated but cannot be guaranteed)
- Degree of employment: Full-time
- Location: Frankfurt
- No travelling will be required.
