TätigkeitenbeschreibungFür unseren Kunden in Köln suchen wir zum 02.05.2018 einen Chief Transformation Officer (m/w) für die voraussichtliche Dauer von 8 Monaten.
Main tasks/ Domains of responsibility:
Transformation Officer - primarily in charge of the company workforce evolution plan and leading a transition aiming at reinforcing the management visibility and ownership of this plan.
The transformation officer plays a central role in the company (ATS North Europe) transition to the targeted strategy. The function scope includes defining and proposing activity priorities for transformation initiatives across the different dimensions of the company (People, Processes, Technology, Organization), maintaining a broad overview of the company’s transformation, supporting the leadership team in keeping a crossdomain thinking and outside view when setting short and mid-term objectives. The transformation officer works in an agile methodology inspired environment
Primary Tasks and responsibilities:
Together with the company management, document the long-term workforce evolution plan (required workload, skills,..) aligned with the company strategy
Work with support functions key stakeholders (Human Resources, Finance) to feed insure that the workforce plan is being properly integrated as inputs in our Financial and HR systems
Being accountable of the workforce plan, develop the necessary tools with Finance to translate the plan into Euros and quantify impacts in case of deviation
Develop a transition plan where the company overall workforce plan is being distributed per Business Unit and equip the management to steer their workforce-related budget
Technical requirements
Microsoft suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, work within a budget, meet deadlines
Ability to see the big picture as well as being detailoriented
Non-technical requirements
Experience working in an uncertain environment, developing company strategy and/or executing transformation initiatives
Experience developing, documenting and steering the execution of workforce evolution plans, ideally in a similar IT sector as Customer Services
Strong communication capacities with ability to address all type of audience from employees to top exec team
Excellent at analyzing and solving problems
Ability to work autonomously, yet be a team player
Trustworthy, flexible and autonomous
Experience working in Finance controlling business is a plus
Methodology / certification requirements
University degree preferably in IT (Master)
At least 5-year experience, including 3 years working on similar assignments
Experience in leading company cultural change initiatives
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
