For one of our clients we are looking for an Operations Service Manager for Social Intranet (m/f).Overview:
• The external consultant will work closely with the Internal Communications department (business owner) in Düsseldorf (incl. regular on-site presence), the IT team based in the UK as well as the SaaS supplier, Coyo in Hamburg.
• The client has recently migrated and upgraded their Social Collaboration Intranet called Ping from Coyo 3 to Coyo 4. As a result, there are a number of bugs and enhancements which need to be managed through to completion
• In addition, upcoming releases/changes from Coyo need to be managed in close alignment with the business owner
• The role also includes representing the client at Customer Forums and influencing others to support changes to the Coyo core product.
Language skills required: fluent English and German
Location: Düsseldorf (20% remote possible)
Duration: 3 months+
