For our client in Düsseldorf we are looking for 4 experienced Senior PMO Managers who has excellent reporting skills / Clarity experience for key activities around Governance, RAID, Change control etc.

Ability to speak both German and English.
Clarity tool experience
Stakeholder Management with experience managing PMOs for global cross-functional matrix organizations on a strategic, Group level.
Reporting as well as Documentation and experienced in Power-Point Presentations required.
Execute project related objectives & tasks (consolidation of briefings, managements of briefing & follow up sessions, securing & communicating results, etc.) always with the desired outcome of the project in mind
Be the owner of all Project documentation & day-to-day communication
Support the management team in ongoing monitoring of performance of new developments and timely & meaningful distribution to project stakeholders
Support the management team in all aspects of ongoing development projects
Coordination of all training & enabling events
Support in consolidating & securing Project Managers results.
