As a medium-sized company, we are a professional partner for any business that requires IT and engineering services and are one of the top project providers and employers in these areas.Task description• Development and maintenance of the future Service Catalogue content and migration from an existing Service Catalogue tool
• Designing and delivering appropriate migration approaches and ensuring, that the new ServiceNow catalogue content is kept up to date during the migration
• Working with the Service Owners to author user-friendly descriptions in English for technical services
• Optimizing the user experience and minimizing the number of items in the new catalogue
• Working with external partners to ensure successful loading and testing of the items in the new catalogueQualifications
• Sound experience of Technical Authoring
• A very high level of technical and business English
• A broad IT technical and service background
• Previous experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, Transition Management advantageous
• Experience of working across multiple teams and with 3rd party technology partners
• German language skills advantageousApply
