Our client needs your support.The Service Designer will be responsible to understand the needs and requirements of software and service design in context to an API program and be capable to translate these into blueprints and precise concepts that support/enable creating a digital ecosystem.
Tasks:
? Conceptualize, visualizeanddescribesoftware- andservice-designblueprints
? personas, customerjourneys, empathymaps, touchpointmaps, valueprepositioncanvases, service-flows, processesbyusingservicedesignthinkinganddesignthinkingmethods
? Translatefindingsintosoftwareandprocessrequirements, handovertoengineeringteamsandtrackimplementation
? Support productdesignandideationworkshopstocreatenew API centeredproducts
Requirements:
? Experienced in writing scrum epics, user stories etc.
? Experienced in personas, customerjourneys, empathymaps, touchpointmaps, valueprepositioncanvas, service-flows, process-modeling, servicedesignthinking, designthinking
? Abstract thinking and ability to break down complexity for various audiences, e.g. management, developers, architects etc.
? Experienced in visualizationofcustomerjourneysandprocesses
? Excellentskills in Englishand German writtenandverbally
