For our client in North Rhine-Westphalia we're currently looking for a Business Analyst EU-GDPR (m/f).
Project tasks:
- Give local teams privacy guidance & push on consent collection to make data reusable, resellable and complete
- Review terms and conditions, cookie and opt-in agreements with end-customers and give advise to "search for commercially viable" solutions in this legal area
- Make a framework to assess all markets as is, assure GDPR guidelines as set are followed: cookie law, opt-in, data consents (incl. 2nd and 3rd party data).
- Create an optimization plan and roadmap towards May 2018
Skills required:
- Experience in data protection law and data protection practices
- Technical knowledge of the law and an operational knowledge of how to apply the law in practice
- Knowing how to carry out a data protection impact assessment
- Know how to create and maintain a data protection register and how to manage data classification
- Capability to write concise, structured reports and to develop clear briefing materials.
- Business English
