Für unseren Kunden in Köln suchen wir zum 02.05.2017 einen PMO (m/w) für die voraussichtliche Dauer von 60 Personentagen mit Option der Verlängerung.

Aufgaben:
• Responsible for Project Management Office
• Planning and moderation of workshops
• Maintaining project related data.
• Preparation of meetings and meeting content
• Maintaining knowledge data base and sharing knowledge with relevant stakeholders
• Stakeholder management
• Risk management
• Project and milestone planning
• Responsible for communication on behalf of the program manager
• Creation of project communication strategy
• Data gathering, research of relevant project issues, preparation and presentation of data
• Producing briefing papers, reports and project related presentations
• Strong communication skills
• Self-sufficient working attitude

Muss-Anforderungen und –Qualifikationen (must-have):
• Bachelor's Degree in Business management or Business Administration
