TätigkeitenbeschreibungFor one of our swiss clients we are looking for a Project Manager Information Governance (m/f).
Work specification:
* Plans, organises and runs the project “information governance”, which delivers a strategy and directives regarding the handling of sensitive and regulated information group-wide.
* Defines the requirements with a core team of all client divisions and core corporate functions (eg. legal, human resources).
* Documents the requirements, produces strategy and directives documents.
* Produces the RFI / RFP documents for a tool evaluations supporting the business in information handling.
Specific project management tasks include:
* Elaborates the project mandate in coordination with the programme management
* Setup of an adequate project organisation
* Plans the resources, coordinates with line management
* Ensures the delivery according plan
* Assures the project documentation
* Regularly reports on progress and issues
* Identifies deviations and initiates or proposes corrective actions
* Evaluates and monitors opportunities and risks
Requirements
* more than 7 years experience in IT-Project Management
* distinct focus on security
* background in compliance
* experience in the execution of an information governance or a records management project
* experience in writing policy and strategy documents with international scope
* fluent English and German language
Work Load: 2-3 days a week (50%)
