Tasks & responsibilities
Drive independently organizational and process transformation as well as implementation of a global template in the area of Source-to-Pay with focus on Accounts Payable (AP)
Continuous improvement and development of the AP template and business processes. Monitoring and evaluation, selection and implementation of standards, new developments and best practices
Ensure governance over process design and specifications for business processes and system transformation and manage compliance issues in the area of AP
Independent management of (international) project teams including preparation, implementation and follow-up of project milestones and complex workshops
Act as Functional Business Expert in the area GBS Process Management Accounts Payable and drive cross-functional topics with Sourcing & Procurement, MDM, Travel & Expense Reimbursement and A2R
Requirements
Business Administration degree or similar
Sound knowledge in Accounts Payable processes, organizations and systems ideally based on several years of working experiences in a global Accounts Payable environment
Several years of experience in business and/or finance transformation projects combined with project management skills and in the guidance of international project teams
Flexibility and agility to cope with challenging priorities in the area of Accounts Payable; solutiondriven mind-set
Strong communication and intercultural skills as well as team and networking spirit
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a variety of communication settings and styles as well as the ability to make decisions in a timely manner
Willingness to travel on regular basis - internationally minded
