One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a Digital Business Technical Analyst.

General Responsibilities and Experience:

Project Execution

Knowledge of formal change management processes and systems.
Assists in the preparation and implementation of project and program plans. Adheres to and can apply different project management disciplines to own work as part of SDLC (eg, project planning and tracking, status reporting, risk identification, issue tracking)
Escalates issues appropriately and works with Support Teams, product teams and stake-holders to clarify and resolve.
Analyze key metrics to improve implementation and deployment of self-order digital commerce.
Present information in a business-friendly language & ability to present information to decision makers that is relevant, compelling & timely
Flexible yet able to empathize with market teams to drive progress
Experience

A minimum of 4 years experience as a business analyst or equivalent role, ideally having previous experience of self-order Digital commerce and/or point of sale solutions in the retail sector, or working within a Digital Commerce agency.
Experience of business process engineering - capable of interpreting user/customer requirements and translating these in to clear and concise process flow d
ocumentation. Knowledge of formal change management processes and systems with direction from the Digital commerce Deployment Manager, can bridge the gap between the business customer and the technology solution providers.
Experience working with Global (virtual) teams preferred.
Technology

Knowledge of tools and process required to package and publish Apple and Android applications.
Proven business analysis skills such as ISEB from the British Computer Society, PMI-PBA or similar.
UIX design skills and ability to create Customer Story Boards preferred.
Expert user of Microsoft toolset (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project, SharePoint).
Working knowledge of architecture and design - Interface architecture, visual design, and user experience.
