SAP Test Analyst P2P / R2R (m/w)Mit rund 800 angestellten Mitarbeitern und derzeit 400 freien Beratern unterstützen wir namhafte Unternehmen bei der Umsetzung ihrer IT Projekte.
Für einen unserer Endkunden in Hannover suchen wir je einen SAP Test Analysten (m/w) für die Prozesse P2P bzw. R2R auf freiberuflicher Basis.
Aufgabenbeschreibung:
The SAP Test Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, and executing test plans and test cases that verify an SAP solution build to defined acceptance criteria (i.e. system behaviours) and feature design documents, as well as application standards.
• Responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining, and enhancing test plans, test scripts, and test methodologies that ensure exhaustive testing of all assigned software systems to ensure compliance with software/system specifications.
• Responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of comprehensive test plans to ensure software requirements are met.
• Create, maintain and modify test plans for new and existing software applications/releases that ensure comprehensive testing according to the software specifications.
• Anticipate potential software problems by creating exhaustive test scenarios that ensure comprehensive testing.
• Document all testing results in conjunction with test plans.
• Work with other SAP test team members to develop and maintain test scripts/test cases to maintain high levels of quality to support programme delivery.
• Use of the test tool QA Complete (similar to HP ALM) to maintain test scripts and to execute testsets.
• Identify and analyse defects/test results and be able to deduct the chain of events leading to a failure.
• Collaborate with developers to resolve issues discovered during the test phases.
• Communicate issues and status updates in a timely manner.
• Work with the QA Complete to raise and communicate defects.
• Educate and train peers on the defect process and provide guidance to them when they are unclear about the process.
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with peers in Design, Build and Support.
Anforderungen:
• Sense of urgency necessary to meet goals, objectives and deadlines
• Working proficiency of company standard MS Windows and associated office productivity software tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Must have experience and sound knowledge of testing in the P2P process area. Experience of SRM is desirable but not essential.
• Experience with the full software development life cycle, including design, testing, deployment, and documentation activities
• Capable of reasoning and thinking through problems and be able to independently and jointly develop desired solutions
• Self-motivated and willing to "do what it takes" to get the job done
• Client-focused attitude with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to clearly communicate and share
• solutions with fellow team members
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills not necessarily associated with programming/testing
• Committed team player with positive winning attitude
• Ability to work within a team and work independently
• Fluent in English and German
Experience:
• Minimum 5 years SAP testing experience
• Experience of testing in the P2P or R2R process area.
• Experienced in the use of a test tool such as HP ALM (or similar).
