We are looking for a technical expert for Online Charging System, CRM and Billing system to secure the functionality and Non-function technical quality of deliveries in customer projects.
You will be part of the operational team.
Your daily tasks include:
- Daily support and monitoring of the systems
- Delivery support within the predefined SLA
- Lead the investigation and isolation of unique and challenging problems, developing plans for resolution that meets customer's needs
- 3rd level technical support for BSS operation technical problems
- On site software configuration and upgrade
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience working in a similar role for a telecommunication company or OCS, Billing/CRM vendor
- English fluency both verbal and writing is essential
