Beschreibung
Für meinen Kunden in München suche ich ab Januar 2017 einen SAP Success Factors Experten mit folgenden Aufgaben:*translate HR-Processes (e.g. performance management, feedback dialogue, merit increase, bonus payout) into technologies in order to improve efficiency and support leaders and HR employees in the affiliates
*create requirements for new processes as well as process improvement
*foster pan-European integration and create an integrated technical platform by respecting local needs
*strongly collaborate with IT (1st level support), local HR power users and other departments (depending on the process)
*provide second level support for the European HR community, incl. trouble shooting
*act as administrator of Success Factors suite and coordinate of releases on a European HR level incl. testing and optimization
*manage external implementation and support partner
*provide guidance and support to implement new pan-European processes and improvements for our system
*ensure consistency of data and availability of system
*plan, steer and track projects incl. budget to ensure implementation in all European affiliates in co-operation with external partners
*support the project to move to a cloud-based payroll provider and enhance the functionality of Success Factors
*plan and conduct training and workshops including documentation (e.g. user manuals, guidelines, presentations)
*manage interfaces to other internal departments (e.g. IT, Finance)
Anforderungen:
*mehrere Jahre Erfahrung mit SAP Success Factors und SAP HCM
*gutes Verständnis der HR-Prozesse (z.B. Recruiting, Performance Management, Finanzen, Compensation & Benefit)
*IT Projektmanagement (IPMA, Prince 2, ITIL oder vergleichbare Zertifikate)
*Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
