As a Test Engineer/Test Lead/Test Manager with German Language you are responsible for the successful planning and execution of a respective Project focusing on insurance.
This includes tasks of varying complexity in both the strategic and the operational test management:
The main objects are listed below
Zero complaints from Customers on delivery
Timely Response to customer requests or queries
Regular and on time updates to test repository/status reporting tools visible to customer
Proactively look at continuous improvement in the project (for eg analysing the field bugs to enhance the test coverage, look at automation possibilities, any tools that can enhance the productivity etc.)
Proactively work with the PTM/DM to improve the customer perception with value adds and improve PCSAT score;
Addresses and Resolves all Customer/Project technical Issues
Zero complaint on product quality, solution fitment, design/architecture, process adherence; Highly Responsive to customer queries/mails
In case of a complaint, speed and the adequacy of resolution
Timely preparation and updates to the Project Plan
Team's adherence to SLAs: Test Escapes, Defect rejection ration, Test Dev and Test Exec productivity, Any other critical to quality metrics as defined by Org/Customer
Timely sending of WSR/MSR and other required reports to Customer and participation in weekly meetings
