Für unseren Kunden aus dem Raum München suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt
einen Senior Projektmanager / Projektleiter (m/w).
Einsatzort ist München. HomeOffice-Tätigkeit ist nach der Einarbeitung und nach Abstimmung möglich. Einsatz erfolgt in Vollzeit.
Ziel:
* The implemented consolidate solution must achieve the corporate business requirements and IT standards for the next 5 years, and must provide a standardized service to all the divisions of our clients' group. Provide standard SLA and functionalities.

Aufgaben:
* Project Integration Management (E.g. planning, directing and managing the Project execution)
* Project Scope Management (E.g. developing and maintaining the Work Breakdown Structure)
* Project Time Management (E.g. developing and maintaining the Project schedule)
* Project Cost Management (E.g. estimating, budgeting, and controlling costs)
* Project Quality Management (E.g. determining quality policies, objectives, and responsibilities)
* Project Human Resource Management (E.g. organizing, managing, and leading the project team)
* Project Communications Mgmt. (E.g. planning communications, governance, and distributing information)
* Project Risk Management (E.g. identifying, analyzing, response planning, and monitoring and controlling of risks)
* Driving the project goals and subjects with attention on: project timeline, project financial, resource planning, customer relationship, customer communication, quality of project deliverables
* Planning and steering of project related work streams: Work items, Progress, Milestones, Critical path
* Risk management
- Moderation of meetings with different groups
- Communication interface between customer and project team members
- Participation in meetings with customer and reporting to project team members and stakeholders
Für diese Aufgabenstellung sollten Sie über die folgenden Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen verfügen:
* Solid German and fluent English
* Experienced Senior Projekt Manager or Project Lead, ideally in an international environment
* Able to meet the following Challenges & Opportunities:
- Aggressive time planning by customer
- Technology changes affecting design & schedule, highly dynamic
- International, virtual team; partly “politics” impacting the project
- Complex technical solution (technical AD and Exchange background of advantage)
- Project planning done only in limited manner (to be organized and structured)
