For our client located in Hannover, we are currently looking for an ITSM Consultant with experience with HP tools
Start: ASAP
End: 31.03.2017
Volume: 250 hours onsite + 50 remote
Location: Hannover
Language: English and German beneficial
Tasks
- Lead consultant within area of IT Service Management Tools Identify and implement further logical + physical separation of HP Service Management tools, if necessary to achieve legal compliance
- Experience in HPE related Tools like ESL (see skill list)
- Leading project alignment procedures (= Impact analysis project results with operational environment).
- Coordinating Service Enabling tasks (= hand over activities of project results to production).
- Assure and adopt IT operational handbooks, design operational concepts.
Skills
- Solid experience in working together with HPE
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, negotiating skills, the ability to get things done
- Good organizational abilities
- Work under pressure and consistently act in a customer and service oriented manner
- Leading project alignment procedures (Impact analysis project results with operational environment)
-Coordinating Service Enabling tasks (hand over activities of project results to production).
Knowledge of the following tools:
- Experience in HPE related Tools like ESL (Enterprise System List),
- Asset Management/Online access to HP IT Asset Management tool,
- HPSM (Service Manager),
- HP Operations Manager, DDMI, HPSA, BSM/BPM E2E transaction monitoring, Aries/Aldea, HP Propel Request Management, Catalogue Management, Enterprise Service Portal, CDC, CDS, UCMDB, CoGOS, Autosync, eBI reporting, Tufin, SAP Logon.ini, Saphir.
