Beschreibung
Task:• Creating an overall solution design (big picture) incl. decision paper for Management/ Steering Board and the related documentation. The overall solution design include also a dependency evaluation and prioritization of the infrastructure services for the separation/ multi tenancy.
• Manage all related IT Infrastructure topics and tasks in relation to this Global IT Infrastructure separation project.
• Regular alignment with stakeholders and the project management office
• Ensure alignment of all sub work streams from both a technical and timing perspective to ensure adherence to the overall project timescales and deliverables.
• Creating status reports, Project timeline and milestones
• Implement the solution
• Review and validation of the Commercial activities e.g. Business Case validation
• Provide and implement a Test Concept on final Solution as Input for the Q-Gates which incl. e.g. the Acceptance Criteria.
• Provide Service related documentation for the Q-Gates e.g. Transition Plan, Transition Concept
• Provide and implement a Pilot concept until defined in the overall planning which contain/ consider:
o Customer pilot demands incl. prioritization
o All regional scopes
o Test Concept for all pilots (as input for the Q-Gate)
o Decommissioning plan and housekeeping concept
o Validation of Rollout report from provider and review of technical issues
• Provide and implement a Rollout concept until defined in the overall planning which contain/ consider:
o Customer rollout demands incl. prioritization
o All regional scopes
o Decommissioning plan and housekeeping concept
o Validation of Rollout report from provider and review of technical issues
• Provide the technical risk register updated and elaborate risk mitigation measures
• Provide the technical lessons learnt register updated and implement corrective measures where necessary
Requirements (Must have):
- Background and a few years of experiences in Architectur and Infrastructure
- Knowledge in Tower-spanning infrastructure design
- Projectlanguage is English
- Good knowledge in Projectmanagement
