for an existing contract with one of our direct clients we are urgently looking for a
Senior international Transition Manager SAP HR Rollout (m/f)
Start: ASAP./Duration: 6-12 month's/Location: Bavaria/ProjectID: 3200
Our client is one of the worlds largest insurance companies with a history of more than 100 years and more than 20 million clients. The company is working on all continents and plans a worldwide SAP HR template rollout.
As senior international Transition Manager you will be responsible for developing and execution of project plans for the transitions of the global SAP HR Template Rollout. You will use your strong communication skills to liaise with all parties of the central headquarter HR team as well as the HR Transition Engineers Team.
Your Tasks:
- Responsibility for developing and executing transition project plans
- Work with central HR Team to manage all HR Transition of the deployment
- Liaise between the local project team and the HR transition engineering teams
- Provide status updates and reporting to stakeholders and senior management
- Lead on the Successfactors elements of the deployment
- Provide senior management and communication benefits
Your Profile:
- University Degree
- Several years experience as SAP Transition Manager
- Sound experience with Successfactors is a big plus
- Sound experience in state of the art project management methodologies
- Experienced in large international SAP HR projects
- Willing to travel to international locations
- Self motivated teamplayer
- Strong communicator on all Level Benefits
- English is a must, German would be nice to have
