To support the international rollout of a mid-office system we are searching a Consultant to provide the indroduction and the training
to the future users of the system.
Initial Situation:
A new mid office system will be rolled-out to the US, including corporate business functions such as Property, Liability etc. To make it fit to the US market additional applications are built interfacing with the system. The business needs to be enabled to effectively use and work according to the new workflow.
A key success factor when implementing an adjusted Front Office and Mid Office system is to properly introduce the new offer to the employees and train them where needed and according to the local requirements.
Service Description:
The scope of the Training Consultant is focusing on the Training work-stream activities ranging from:
- Acquire a solid understanding of the system(s)
- Identifying the training needs and apply the training approach
- Develop the necessary elements (User cases, Training material, User manuals, Blended Learning, TTT, etc.)
- Enabling Super Users or Training Champions from the business to pass on their knowhow and skills to their colleagues
- Ability to assume responsibility of all tasks related to the work-stream Milestones
- Super User enablement, Train-the-Trainer: Super User onboarding to systems, follow-ups & training delivery
Required Skills:
- Training consulting skills: Training-Needs-Analysis
- Training design skills: Instruction design, digital learning
- Training facilitation skills: ideally including Train-the-Trainer
Additional Skills:
- Good understanding of Front Office and Mid Office systems
- Industrial Insurance knowledge
- Fluent in English
- Intercultural savvyness
- Good communication & collaboration skills
