Role & Responsibilities:
This role is expected to work with practice teams in a strategic mode to manage the solution design, proposal response, proactive growth and penetration of services into accounts. A Solution consultant will leverage technical skills/experience and capability to engage with customers on opportunities to manage the entire cycle of solution design and proposal management.
- 8-10 years of experience (Preferred) in IAM solution design and implementation projects
- Understand business needs, craft solutions and write proposals
- Effort estimation/reviews for the proposed solution
- Providing consulting and advisory services to global clients in IAM domain. Provide technical subject matter expertise wherever required
- Responsible for understanding the clients business and assisting the technology team in solutions. Presentation solutions to customer and influence the customer on decision making.
- Consultancy on the Implementation programs and possible automation for delivery team
- Experience in implementing IAM solutions such as Ping Identity, NetIQ IAM suite, CA IAM suite
- Knowledge/Experience of pharmaceutical domain is a plus

- Detailed designing, technical consulting and implementation services. High Level Design, Low Level design and Acceptance test planning for Data security solutions
- Design the technical solution and take Leadership in handling technical issues, closely work with various teams and customer technical authority
- Knowledge/Experience in more than one industry vertical would be useful.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Expertise in consulting and implementation of IAM product suites, such as Ping Identity, CA Identity & Access Manager, NetIQ IAM product suite
- Experience in implementing Privileged account management. CyberArk experience is a plus
- Architecture Design of IAM solution (Logical Architecture, High level solution design, low level design, Data Models and Data mapping)
- Well versed with latest industry trends in the specific function
- Experience working Enterprise Directories, such Active Directory, Virtual Directories
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to achieve results through working with a large group of peers in related functions.
- Understanding of Identity and Access Management standards and best practices
