Beschreibung
Aufgabe:Responsible management of a global eDMS (electronic Document Management System - EMC Documentum) template rollout with the following activities:
- Managing an ongoing project comprised of five subprojects
- Design, preparation, and execution of workshops
- Compiling of status reports, decision-making aids and presentations
- Progress and cost control
- Project documentation and project closure
- Management of the rollout teams
- Reporting to steering committee and line management
- Team size: about 20-30 FTE
Anforderung:
- Long-term experience in IT project management within a validated environment (Pharma or Life Science industry)
- Practical experience with projects for the implementation of document management systems, preferably EMC Documentum
- Profound knowledge in project management methodology
- Experience in the design and execution of workshops
- Skills in elaborating target-group-specific presentations, decision-making aids and status reports (especially on executive level)
- Business fluent English and German
- Strong administration, coordination, and communication skills
- Committed, conscientious and independent way of working
