For our client we are currently looking for a Project Controlling Assistant
Start: ASAP
Location: Düsseldorf/Ratingen
Duration: 3 month (roll-over contract)
Language: English/German (N2H)
Tasks
- support in creation of financial Mgmt. status reports
- strong engagement with planning/Finance dept.
- Coordinating between controlling stakeholders
- Support TCO BC creation
- Support Project Manager with monthly status reports, risk management, resource management and project specific financial tracking in collaboration with the Project Delivery Units
- Cost review/Cost Tracking
- support/coordination of IT financial forecast, planning, controlling, tracking
Qualifications
- Deep experience in IT financial planning, controlling and tracking
- Experience in IT Business Case creation
- Deep Experience in IT project environment
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong Excel knowledge
- Strong Powerpoint Knowledge
- Fluent language skill in English, fluent German highly desirable
