Für unseren Kunden aus dem Versicherungsumfeld suchen wir einen PMO Consultant for Communication (m/w) in Teilzeit.Tasks:
- Act as a communication consultant to DCC Senior Management
- Develop and execute the DCC communication strategies for internal key stakeholders/brand/location - with direct impact on the department and overall targets
- Significantly contribute to the achievement of the DCC program strategy:
- Actively translate DCC Strategy into a vertical communication plan and deliverables that support effective and sustainable project execution, change management and employee engagement
- Develop and implement impactful content for DCC internal channels ensuring alignment, inspire internal business partners or customers through exciting, engaging and effective communication in written and visual forms
- Orchestrate and streamline communication efforts for DCC strategy and Projects across DCC functions in an effective and impactful way
- Develop and introduce a break through communication standards, templates and processes
- Design, develop and implement state of the art communication content
- Create understanding and engagement for the DCC strategy
Skills:
- University degree in Communications, Journalism or equivalent studies
- working experience in a large international company, preferably Communication/Marketing department or a media/PR agency
- Interest in IT is desired
- Comprehensive business understanding of communiation/marketing topics, processes and structures
- Thorough understanding and experience of the complexity, interactions and dynamics within an international company
- Ability to deal with complexity and translate complex topics into digestible communication
- Ability to think and act strategically and develop, drive and execute communication plans
- Excellent communication expertise both written and verbal (quality, consistency and accuracy)
- Strong business fluency in German and English (written and spoken), Italian and/or French is welcome
- Good understanding of project management
